Delete from inside the game

1. Open the Game and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings > Session > Delete Account.
3. Review the warning and confirm the permanent deletion.

When the in-game process completes, the Supabase authentication account, associated cloud save and player profile, and ranking records are deleted. Account-related authentication, game-progress, and purchase-entitlement state stored by the Game on that device is also removed.

Use the request form below or email us. Identify Broken Soul 2: Boss Rush and provide the Google account email, in-game player name, or user ID needed to locate the account. We may contact you to verify ownership before deletion.

Data deleted and data that may remain

• Deleted: the Supabase authentication account and account identifiers, cloud-save/player data, ranking records, and account-linked purchase-entitlement and limited purchase-history data under our control.
• Not deleted by this request: Google Play payment and order records controlled independently by Google, and GA4 records that cannot reasonably be linked to the account request. Aggregated or de-identified analytics may remain.
• Device-only preferences: language, audio, performance, accessibility, consent, and similar non-account settings may remain. Clear the Game's Android storage or uninstall it to remove local data from the device after an external request.
• Limited retention: deletion-request correspondence may be retained for up to three years. Records required for legal, accounting, dispute, chargeback, security, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained for up to five years. Temporary provider backups may remain until routine backup rotation removes them.

We delete the online account and account-linked game data under our control, including cloud progress, profile, ranking, reward, and entitlement records applicable to your version of the Service. Independently controlled Google Play records, analytics that cannot reasonably be linked to the request, aggregated information, legally required records, and temporary provider backups may remain as described in the Broken Soul privacy policy.
